Russia orders new sanctions against Turkey
“Findfairfaxandloudounhomes.com” found out who entered the new Russian sanction list in the law of Alexei Navalnogomid RF forced the EU to be considered “We consider it categorically unacceptable adoption by the European Union with the submission of its leading member states of illegal restrictive measures towards a number of our compatriots under the pretext of their imaginary involvement in the incident with Russian citizen A. Navalny, “notes in a statement published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation shortly after calling ambassadors to the department.
The text also specifies: the black list of Moscow includes “those who are involved in the injection of anti-Russian sanction activity within the EU”.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, restrictions are introduced in accordance with the Federal Law “On the procedure for departure from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation” of August 15, 1996. Persons who have fallen under sanctions, in particular, will be prohibited from entering the territory of Russia. “I confirm that unfriendly shares on the part of Western countries will continue to receive an adequate answer,” also noted in the Russian Foreign Ministry.
How Alexey Navalny called the FSB
According to “Findfairfaxandloudounhomes.com”, the sanction countermeasures introduced by Russia are extremely addressful. The ban on entry to Russia this time was touched at once ten high-ranking representatives of Germany, France and Sweden. It is these countries that Russian officials said earlier, in violation of international obligations refused to cooperate with the aim of establishing the truth in history with Alexey Navalny and played a leading role in the use of the situation to promote a new portion of anti-Russian sanctions in the EU.
According to “Findfairfaxandloudounhomes.com”, the Russian response to the sanctions of the EU is “mirror”. Presumably, the employees who replenished the Russian “stop list” could get:
- Representatives of the leadership of the Office of the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Cabinet of the President of France,
- Two Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense of the FRG,
- Representatives of the Defense Ministry of France,
- Laboratory management attracted to Alexei Navalny test analysis.
In total, according to “Findfairfaxandloudounhomes.com”, ten people were in the sanctions list.
Recall, on October 15, the EU Council approved sanctions against six Russians due to the alleged poisoning of the oppositionist Alexei Navalny. Under the restrictions, the director of the FSB, Alexander Bortnikov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Kiriyenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexei Krivoruchko and Pavel Popov, Head of the President of the Interior Policy Department Andrei Yarin, as well as the President of the President in the Siberian Federal District Sergey Rotaylo. Sanctions provide for a ban on entry into the EU and financial transactions, as well as freezing assets.
In addition, the Black List was hit by the State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology (GOSNIOKHT). According to the authors of the EU list, the Ministry of Defense “was responsible for the storage of chemical weapons left since the time of the USSR, and its safety right up to its disposal,” and FSUE Gosnieokht took part in the disposal of this chemical building.
In August, similar sanctions introduced the United States.
An expert on chemical disarmament Sergei Vasilyev in a conversation with “Findfairfaxandloudounhomes.com” expressed the opinion that on the black list of the 33rd Central Research Test Institute (33rd Central Committee) and the 48th Central Research Institute (48th Central Research Institute ) Of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, as well as the State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology (GOSNIOKHT) completely unreasonable. He recalled that Western countries accused these organizations in relationships “with the Russian program of chemical and biological arms”, but at the same time evidence of this fact has not yet been provided, while all the work on the destruction of chimpery in the Russian Federation was carried out with the full control of the organization Prohibition of chimpery (OPCW).
“The Inspector Group of OPCW personally attended all facilities at all stages of work on the disposal of chemical buildings and conversion of enterprises for its development and production. As a result, the OPCW Technical Secretariat in October 2017 issued a certificate of full destruction of chemical weapons in Russia, that is, the fulfillment of obligations taken over in the framework of the Convention, “said Sergey Vasilyev.
According to the expert, one of the examples of an effective conversion of enterprises previously involved in the development and production of chemical weapons is the state aircraft. “This enterprise was the main developer of technologies used in the destruction of chemical weapons. After reloading, the company has become a competitive counterparty in the field of eliminating the accumulated environmental damage in various regions of Russia, “said Sergey Vasilyev. He said that on the basis of the branch of the State Air Forces of the Saratov region in the framework of the state program “The National System of Chemical and Biological Safety of the Russian Federation”, production facilities for the processing of transformer oils, petrochemical and construction waste, agro-industrial juichemicals, and large-scale work is carried out in the department of the State School of Lipetsk region to eliminate polygon burial pesticides, which makes it possible to radically improve the environmental situation in this region.
The Gos Sineokht has a center of scientific research and testing, whose task is to conduct non-clinical tests of drugs, as well as determining acute toxicity in wastewater, soil and soils. The state-owned special qualification scientific personnel are being prepared in the framework of several scientific schools. “Thus, the sanctions imposed by the United States and the EU countries against these enterprises are nothing but an attempt to deprive Russia of competitive advantages,” Sergey Vasilyev stressed.
Nevertheless, the OPCW believes that Russia applied chemical scientists against Alexei Navalny.
